Teaching design is the premise of teaching organization and the concentrated embodiment of new ideas and methods. What is the current situation of information technology classroom teaching in our province?
Are they ready to meet these preparations for change? We try to find the answers to these questions through the questionnaire, and also find a way to quickly solve the problems for technical teachers.

Abstract
With the rapid development of network, cyberspace has become the fifth largest sovereign space in China. People's daily
life is gradually inseparable from the Internet. Due to the immaturity of technology and cognition, many crimes have occurred. This paper analyzes the new characteristics of cybercrime, such as technology, intelligence and concealment, which bring many difficulties to investigation and evidence collection. The relationship between investigation and evidence collection and cyberspace governance, as well as the increasingly serious cybercrimes, pose a major challenge to cyberspace governance. In view of these challenges, this paper proposes to improve the review rules and enhance the effectiveness of evidence from the perspective of investigation and evidence collection; strengthen the supervision of the platform and other further cyberspace governance countermeasures to provide a new path for governing the network according to law.

The macro virus is a virus that exists in the Office document. Although the traditional anti-virus software can scan the existing macro viruses, there are still shortcomings in the new macro virus. By using the method of machine learning, a new macro feature selection method is proposed by comparing the characteristics of normal macro and harmful macro, and the SVM algorithm is
used to train the classification model. Combined with the classification model and the macro's own virus characteristics, we can
make a comprehensive judgment, so that we can predict the new macro categories. The experimental results show that the success rate can achieve 83.61% in this model.

Abstract
In order to predict Cooling Load, an Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD), Phase Space Reconstruction(PSR) based on
Radial Basis Function Neural Network(RBFNN) ensemble learning paradigm is proposed. The original Cooling Load series are decomposed into a finite number of independent intrinsic mode functions with different frequencies, and then grouped by component method into various sub-components of the high-frequency, low-frequency component of the total, the remainder. Then different RBFNN models are used to model based on PSR, forecast the all sub-series, according to the intrinsic characteristic time scales. All fore casting results are combined to output the ultimate result. This model is applied to Cooling Load tendency forecasting. The results
prove that the finally forecasting performance outperforms the RBFNN, SVM, LSSVM, SVM based on EMD and SVM based on
EMD ahead forecasting.

to be reset. The calculation operation takes a long time and is prone to errors, which brings adverse factors to production. Therefore,
the automatic drug dispensing system is particularly important. This system uses Siemens S7-200 as the main controller to realize
the automatic dispensing of drugs.
