Under the background of the "double-high plan" construction in higher vocational colleges, how to ensure the training qual-ity of non-traditional learners poured in through the "Enrollment Expansion of Higher Vocational Colleges" is a severe subject infront of higher vocational colleges. This paper discusses some experience summary and thinking on the practical methods of expand-ing enrollment and training of big data technology and application specialty, including segmented full-time talent training mode, re-flecting layered teaching objectives by post differentiation, implementing credit reward, substituting certificate for examination forcredit, mutual recognition and transfer of credit and multiple evaluation。
