With massive, heterogeneous, multi-source spatial data sharing in a platform as the research background, based on the datacenter and Internet of Things technology, this paper makes full use of mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data,3D simulation, arti-ficial intelligence and other information technologies in new generation. Based on the research of the third land survey and annualchange survey, it builds a framework system for investigation, evaluation, supervision and government services of the Ministry ofNatural Resources, introduces real-time data in data storage layer (DaaS layer), carries on data governance based on the data plat-form, enriching the framework system of natural resource informatization.
