Abstract Colleges and universities are the places where talents gather. Many college students have a variety of skills, but these skills rarely play a role. There are also many students who will encounter many problems in their study and life and need the help of other people. Many of the school community activities also require skilled people to complete, and online platforms allow their aspirations to be fulfilled quickly. Users issue tasks and accept tasks through the platform. The platform will analyze and match tasks through data mining to meet the needs of users and make the skills and services realized possible. The platform adopts .Net technology and SQL SERVER database. Through chart analysis, it can pay in many ways.
