Abstract:To fully understand the status of primary and secondary teachers based instructional design capability,this paper
through various forms and methods to get first-hand information and data about the status quo of Teachers' Information instructional
design capabilities,and then bring forward some constructive views and methods to futher the status of primary and secondary teachers
