Abstract：With the establishment of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the vigorous development of the local
economy, the demand for computer network professionals continues to grow, and the complexity of the talent demand level also increases,
prompting the computer network professional groups of vocational colleges in the region to actively carry out reform and exploration
to meet the development needs of the industry. Through in-depth cooperation with enterprises, with the occupational positions
determination, post capability analysis, ability level division and other steps, this paper builds a professional ability quality
model of computer network professionals. Based on the above model, the professional talent training system is determined, and the
ideological and political elements of the curriculum are introduced, which provides a road map for the career planning of students
major in computer networking, and lays the foundation for cultivating high-quality skilled talents.
