With the maturity of the China’s telecom market, the telecommunications industry is facing a problem how to turn “product-information-centric” to “customer-centric”. Data mining can find out the potential and valuable knowledge from large amounts of data. The paper extracts the related data from the database as a basis for analysis. It uses the Discriminant Analysis of SPSS data mining for telecommunications and establishes model to analyze and forecast and do customer classification and prediction in the telecommunications industry. Customer classification makes the telecom merchant to draw up more targeted marketing decisions and brings more benefit.

Matlab language is very good at digital signal experiment teaching, which has strong function and high efficiency. In this paper, a complete scheme of DFT and FFT algorithm is given based on Matlab. To find a computer or a server using a simple and friendly domain name instead of a long IP address, this article combines the dynamic DNS with the specific network camera applications, especially combines the normal dynamic DNS HTTP request with the WebService，uses XML for data packaging and storage, and researches on the t synchronous and asynchronous transport protocols in the network. It uses the interface of WINDOWS application program and the interface of camera hardware to initial configuration of IP cameras, so the IP cameras can dynamically access network by a specified domain name. Tests show that dynamic DNS can bind the user’s host with the specified domain name quickly and effectively.

In object-oriented programming, data transmission between different objects often occurs. This paper takes a small program with C# as an example, and analyzes several data transmission methods, especially the method of delegation and event.

To avoid the problem of premature convergence and poor accuracy in later period, reinitialized part of particles during the searching process is adopted. Crossover mutation is used for optimum particles and random variation of group optimal particles is used in small range. The simulation experiment indicates that compared with the standard PSO algorithm, the improved PSO algorithm can avoid the local optimum effectively and has better convergence accuracy.

Currently the MEMS accelerometer is widely applied into the game, nursing, and habilitation due to the high ratio of quality-price. Generally the MEMS accelerometer is used due to the possibility of displacement measurement. However, there is a great variance for this measurement due to its inherent shortcoming, i.e. easily suffering from the noise. If no approach is used, the variance will be great. In this paper, we study the measurement accuracy of accelerometer and the measurement after Kalman Filtering, and discuss the feasibility of displacement measurement using MEMS accelerometer, which is helpful for the further application of accelerometer.

We establish the flow model of multiple bottleneck system with AIMD parameters , and then analyze the systems stability. Sufficient conditions for the asymptotic stability of multiple bottleneck system are derived by appealing to Lyapunov stability theory. Finally we analyze and research the stability of a class of three bottleneck system.
