Targed to improve customer perception and processing efficiency of complaints about telecom network，and build a customer service oriented operation support system，a customer service support system is built based on sharing network maintaining information and geography information．A layered architecture of the system is proposed，and a GIS framework for multi-user concurrent access and rapid response are designed．Application indicates that the system can help customer service to quickly find the causes of network complaint and complete network complaint at one time，and formally record the geography location of network complaint for further analysis．

In this paper，the wireless sensor network with uniformly distributed nodes in the disk network model is studied，by adding wired shortcut (or relay node) to form heterogeneous sensor networks with "small world" effect．Optimal configuration shortcut strategy using genetic algorithms can reduce the average path length and energy consumption，then can prolong the lifetime of the network．Simulations results show that the proposed optimization scheme can directly and quickly determine the shortcut (or relay node) position and get a higher rate of energy saving than HELMY’s research．

This paper researches the cascade of CIC filter and HB filter, describes the criteria of cascade, simulates cascades of the 2 filters applied in an SDR receiver’s decimating system using Matlab, and the AGWN is also involved in the simulation. The simulation result indicates that the cascading of decimators can effectively solve the problem of the large ratio of decimation with such functions as anti-aliasing, suppression of spurious wave, denoising and decreasing the sampling ratio.
