Data mining technology in is used in the dynamic computer forensics for massive data analysis. Data mining-based computer forensics system is built, which can increase the speed and improve the accuracy and intelligence of analysis. It effectively solves more relevant issues in the dynamic forensics．

For the demand of accuracy and integrity of moving object detection，the spatial space information which was used in static image segmentation algorithm and the temporal space information which was used in moving object detection were combined，and a spatial-temporal joint detection method based on MRF-MAP frame was proposed．In spatial detection，it used the Mean-Shift algorithm．In temporal detection，it used frame difference method which was confined by significance level．Then the spatial-temporal joint MFR model and the corresponding energy function were made，the ideal results on moving object detection can be obtained by resolving the optimal solution of the energy function．

This paper first introduces the principal functions of network equipment simulator. Next the essential advantages and disadvantages of several simulators are compared，and then an instruction in detail for the installation，configurations and applications of the simulator GNS3 is presented. Finally，with an example by configuring the access control list (ACL) which is based on the firewall of Cisco PIX525，the simulator GNS3 is proved feasible to be applied in network experiments.

For the problem of “data-unreachable” about the SPIN(Sensor Protocol for Information via Negotiation) routing protocol, this paper describes the problem’s cause of formation. and resolve the problem of “data-unreachable” through define a new data information—CA（Compulsory Advice）and design a timer. Using these methods, the paper avoid the problem of “data-unreachable”.
