Long-distance Pipeline Information Display System Based on Open Source WebGIS Technology

Abstract  A complete set of information system is proposed for the management and operation of long-distance pipeline, and it is realized through the open source GIS software. The system includes the developing environment selection, data processing and storage, data distribution and visualization, realizing the functions of basic operation of the map, geometric measurement, map positioning, hidden danger viewing and statistics, and so on. The test shows that the system provides a realistic management scheme for the research of long-distance pipeline, and has a certain reference value.
