Abstract In order to improve the overall quality of college teachers, this paper designs an online training system for college teachers. In addition to the traditional training-related business logic, this paper adds data analysis, overall analysis of the course, and individual analysis of specific students. Through practical application, it proves that the online training system for college teachers designed in this paper has high stability and a certain practical value.
