Abstract To advocates and invest in the school teaching reform and professional international engineering certification, Heilongjiang vocational college has established a modern information technology professional group including five specialties of software technology, computer network technology, Internet of Things Application Technology, mobile communication technology and animation production technology to train high-quality technical and skilled personnel for the new generation information technology industry. Within the professional group, the Sydney agreement certification for computer network technology specialty is taken as the guide, the specialty construction is gradually standardized, new talent training modes are continuously explored, and the "three-circle" talent training improvement mechanism is continuously improved through "demand-oriented, goal-oriented, consistent and integrated, and results-driven". This article introduces the continuous improvement mechanism of modern information technology professional groups based on "three circles" and its practice in professional groups.
