A Case Study on the Optimization of Cash Register Service System Based on Queuing Theory Model of Quanshan Vanguard Suguo Supermarket in Huainan City

Abstract  This paper analyzes and studies the cash register service system of Vanguard Suguo supermarket in Tianjiaan District of Huainan City. Through the collection, calculation and analysis of data, the queuing theory and data model are combined to analyze. The queuing model of supermarket cash register system is established, the number of cash register is arranged reasonably, the work efficiency and customer satisfaction of supermarket are improved effectively, and the operating cost of supermarket is reduced. It is proved that queuing theory has practical application in the optimization of supermarket service system.
