Analysis of GUI Interactive Patent Technology Based on Touch Technology

Abstract  In order to study the development trend of graphical user interface interaction technology based on touch technology, on the basis of actual examination experience, IPC and keywords are used to search in SIPOABS database, and the patent distribution in GUI interactive field which involves touch technology is analyzed statistically. Results show that in recent years, the patent applications in our country have grown rapidly, but as the technology started late, the core patent is mainly in the hands of foreign enterprises.
