Abstract Along with the development of network technology, flash animation technology has been changing with each passing
day. Flash Animation Design in higher vocational teaching is significant regarded in order to promote the development of animation
industry in China. This paper analyzes the present situation of the actual teaching of Flash Animation Design. Aiming at this situation,
it explores the reform and innovation of teaching methods, hoping to find a good reforming way to train more skilled talents for
the society.
