Design of Mental Patient Positioning Management System Based on ZigBee

Abstract  Aiming at the problems of mental patients management in hospital, a patient positioning management system based on ZigBee technology is designed by adopting the RSSI positioning engine and trilateration method, which can realize to track and monitor the activities of mental patients in hospital by uploading the patient position data to the host computer monitor software for processing through the ZigBee wireless network. It is proved that the management system has high performance and is helpful to improve the level of information management of hospital.
