Abstract With the rapid development of information technology, blended teaching mode has served in teaching process increasingly.With example of the practical use of Moodle learning management system in college English writing, this paper introduces a new teaching model and method suitable for the current English writing teaching and gives a detailed introduction to the control of teaching procedure.
