A Brief Talk on the Application of Project Teaching and Simulator in Computer Network Teaching

Abstract According to the social demand for graduates in Higher Vocational Colleges, professional skills in graduates' employment play an important role. The current vocational colleges have to deal with problems which are more theoretical knowledge in class, lack of practice after class, teaching equipment and lack of resources. This paper proposes the application of project teaching and simulation in computer network teaching. This method enhances students' understanding of theoretical knowledge, improves students' practical ability, and solves the problems of the lack of practice contents and teaching resource shortages. It achieves the new form of teaching method reform, cultivating qualified talents.
