Abstract This thesis introduces a PMAA process framework of quantitative management for CMMI, in order to assist the project
manager to manage project correctly and effectively using the framework. And it guides to establish an effective quantitative
management and improvement model for the project based on the enterprise business objectives. Practices show that the PMAA
framework can improve the systematicness and effectiveness of project quantitative management.
