Analysis and Conclusion on the Heat Model of Customer Service Behavior of Mail System

Abstract  According to the analysis of the heat model of customer service behavior in the mail system, the system optimization analysis is carried out by establishing the heat model of user's preference, which provides the basis for the optimization of users' service in different regions.
