Abstract WORD, EXCEL,PPT are very important content of the public computer basic course in university. They are also important
skills for officer workers. It needs a lot of practice exercise to be mastered. But there are fewer practice hours in classroom
for university computer basic course. So, it is necessary for students to do practice exercise after school. The author uses VBA technology
to develop after-school learning training system, to judge the student’s practice result with the system, and to answer student's
questions with video teaching in time.
