Abstract At present, smart phones, tablet PCs and other smart mobile terminals have penetrated into every corner of people's
daily lives. In the field of education, MOOCs has become a hot research topic, which has attracted wide attention of scientific research
scholars in the whole country. In this paper, the " MOOCs embedded" for talent cultivation model is analyzed and researched,
combining with the connotation of talents cultivation model. And the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to solve the difficulty
of the implementation of personnel training mode.
