Abstract  Multi thread technology can greatly improve the utilization rate of system resources and the application program running efficiency, which is widely used in the modern programming design. This paper introduced the concept of multi thread technology, and have carried on the simple elaboration to the realization and application of multi thread technology in C#, so as to further understand and master the multi thread technology, and its application in solving practical problems.
