Abstract With the increasing scale of college students, how to make use of the network teaching environment and design the online question answering system which is in line with the college teaching is a problem worthy of study. This paper analyzes the problems of traditional question answering system in colleges and universities, designs a system based on Struts2 and Spring, and focuses on the functions of the system design, database design and the realization method of key points.
