Abstract To address the problem of large distortion and serious deformation in fisheye images during street map production
process, this paper presents a method for producing a street map based on fisheye images and reasons its theoretical model in details.
Finally, it confirmed by experiment that the 360° street map obtained by this method is not only clear but also in high image quality,
which explains the reliability of this method .
