Improved Edge Detection Algorithm Based on Canny Operator and Particle Swarm Optimization

Abstract  To make some improve to the canny algorithm,we bring forward an improved edge detection algorithm based on an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.The improved algorithm can enhance the capability of suppressing noise,delete false edges and obtain exact edges.Experimental results indicate the feasibility and validity of the improved algorithm.
