Abstract From the matrix form of interpolation numerical differentiation，by analyzing the characteristics of w(x) of Lagrange interpolation polynomial，several interpolation numerical differential properties under the condition of equidistant nodes are derived，these properties could be used to get low order interpolation numerical differential formula quickly．
