Abstract Data warehouse is the product of development of information management．It can provide great help for decision making．A lot of software systems need to be integrated and many models would be designed during the building of data warehouse．Metadata takes an important role in the design，integration and implementation of data warehouse．This paper discusses the architecture of metadata management of Data Warehouse，the structure of metadata management system and the storage of metadata based on CWM．
