    With the rapid speed of network backbone upgrading，various broadband access technologies have begun to emerge. Currently there are some access technologies such as XDSL，cable modem，ethernet access，wireless access and fiber access technologies. These access technologies have their own characteristics and weaknesses. The broadband fixed wireless access technology is more adapted with the development of broadband access trends and needs.

    The paper analyzes the current situation of GIS industry，illustrates the advantages of Silverlight technology over the other existing technologies in GIS solution，and in the meantime，realizes a reusable GIS component．It contains one module SilverlightMapSuiteCore．dll which is used for map rendering，and another module SilverlightEdition．dll which is used for user interaction．Both of these two modules are very flexible，so the customers can build their own applications by consuming and overwriting them，at last，we depict a vehicle tracking system which is developed based on this component to provide reference for the customer who have similar requirements．

    This paper introduces the LDP Graceful Restart technology based on the distributed router structure and combined with some high reliability technology。Graceful restart technology can keep the forwarding state changing gracefully and minimize the negative effect on the transient routing flap after the system restarting。LDP Graceful Restart minimizes the instability of the MPLS network because of the restart of LDP。At last，a scheme to implement the LDP Graceful Restart based on the distributed router is present。

    It often has large amounts of data transmission between nodes of distributed flight simulation，and the generic Ethernet can’t meet requirements of real-time．In order to exchange the data between nodes in predictable time and meet requirements of real-time，one real-time network solution based on reflective memory network was presented in this paper．The reflective memory network with other traditional network was compared，and finally it was adopted．

    In this article，the basic principle of Minimum Shift Keying system is studied with modulation of MSK．A design scheme of Minimum Shift Keying signal modulation based on FPGA is proposed．The whole design is implemented on FPGA based on the development platform MAX+PLUS II with VHDL source code．Based on the result of the simulation，the modulation of MSK signal is right．
