Research on Recommendation Strategies of Peer Assessment with Training

Abstract
Peer assessment is an effective evaluation method for online courses, which can solve the problem of large-scale online learning evaluation and improve the evaluation efficiency. Aiming at the problem of matching in peer assessment, a reviewer matching recommendation strategy based on training is proposed. According to the analysis of training data, it mines the evaluation characteristics of learners and generates the peer assessment recommendation list. The practice result shows that this strategy can ensure the effectiveness and reliability of peer assessment and promote learners' learning introspection

Abstract
In view of the immature evaluation of mixed teaching quality and the lack of suitable training and evaluation standards for applied talents, taking the evaluation of students' learning ability and comprehensive quality in Applied Colleges and Universities as the background, this paper explores the construction of student-centered teaching quality evaluation index system with ability training as the main line, quantifiable learning process and easy evaluation, starting with the in-depth analysis of the typical activities of teachers and students in the process of pre-class preparation, in-class implementation and after-class feedback of mixed teaching. At the practical level, taking the students majoring in Internet of things engineering as the research object, the 2020 students are included in the experimental group and the 2019 students as the reference group. Through the analysis of the significance of the final results of the two groups of students and the questionnaire survey on the course satisfaction of 2020 students, it is verified that the constructed teaching evaluation system can effectively stimulate students' learning interest and improve teaching quality. Using the teaching process data of the experimental group collected on the cloud platform, the weight reliability of the evaluation index system is analyzed by SPSS software, which shows that the evaluation system has high reliability. The construction of mixed teaching evaluation index system provides new ideas and reference value for peers to further carry out relevant research from the theoretical and practical levels.

Abstract
To strengthen the cultivation of computer system abilities in local universities, the teaching of Operating System curriculum has been reformed and explored in this paper. First, the origin of computer system ability cultivation has been reviewed, the characteristics of the implementation process in local universities are analyzed. Then, the existing problems in training computer system abilities in the current Operating System curriculum are discussed. Finally, the reform measures of Operating System curriculum teaching are proposed in terms of four aspects which are course content, experiment teaching, teaching methods and course assessment. The teaching practice of Operating System curriculum shows that the proposed reform measures are of great significance to improve the cultivation level of computer system ability for students in local universities

Abstract
The evaluation of ideological and political education teaching of computer course has some problems, such as subjectivity and one-sidedness. The Delphi method is used to screen out the evaluation index of ideological and political teaching of computer course, and construct the evaluation system of ideological and political education teaching of computer course. The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is used to calculate the evaluation index weight of ideological and political education teaching of computer course. Finally, the teaching effect is quantitatively analyzed and evaluated through the ideological and political education teaching cases of computer course. According to the analysis results, feasible suggestions are put forward for the effective development of ideological and political education teaching of computer course.

Abstract
At present, artificial intelligence, block chaining, big data and other technologies set off the fourth industrial revolution. The persistence of COVID-19 has accelerated the promotion of digital and intelligent applications, and the big data has increased the difficulty of people's rapid access to demand, thus the recommendation system has been widely applied. The recommendation system has also been applied in the mainstream e-commerce platform in the book field. In this paper, through the collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on Mahout framework, combined with knowledge classification and user interest, a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on knowledge classification and user interest is proposed. Through experimental analysis, the algorithm provides more refined personalized recommendation and higher recommendation quality.

Abstract
Video watermarking algorithm hides meaningful watermarking information in a video sequence to protect copyright andauthenticate content. In this paper, firstly, we divide a video into several scenes by the histogram difference method of video frames,and extract quickly and effectively the key-frames of the video according to the statistical difference of the histogram difference ofvideo frames. Then, we propose a watermark embedding location selection strategy based on the combination of minimum distortioncost of image wavelet coefficient and Hash blocks encryption to determine the optimal watermark embedding target location. Final-ly, the watermarking is embedded into the DWT-SVD domain of the target location. The proposed algorithm obtains a good robust-ness, and achieves a better balance in the invisibility and robustness of the watermarking method.

Abstract
With the popularization of Internet technology and the continuous expansion of network scale, all kinds of information anddata have been rapidly transmitted and exchanged. The data and information are transmitted on the Internet using data packets as thetransmission medium. Therefore, the capture and analysis of data packets are of great significance to the management and improve-ment of the network environment. This paper designs and implements a data packet capture analysis platform by using the networkanalysis open source library WinPcap and the Java class library Jpcap, and verifies the effectiveness of the platform through simula-tion experiments.

Abstract
According to statistics, there are600million myopia patients in China, and the rate of juvenile myopia ranks first in theworld. The myopia rate of junior and senior high school students has exceeded70% and increases year by year, and the myopia rateof primary school students is also close to40%. There are many reasons for myopia, mainly long eye use time, incorrect eye posture,excessive use of intelligent devices and so on. How to reduce the incidence of juvenile myopia has become an urgent problem to besolved. In view of the bad habits existing in reading, this design uses STC89C51single chip microcomputer as the core control chip,uses ultrasonic ranging sensor for measuring distance, and uses LCD and buzzer for information display and alarm reminder. This pa-per introduces the overall structure, hardware circuit design and software program design of the system in detail, and realizes the ex-pected effect through simulation and physical object.

The construction of cold chain logistics training room based on Beidou technol-ogy is very important for the cultivation of cold chain logistics technology and management professionals. This paper focuses on theanalysis of the construction of cold chain logistics engineering technology training room based on Beidou technology, integrates Bei-dou technology, big data, Internet of things and mobile Internet with cold chain logistics technology, and develops the core contentof the training room - cold chain logistics big data real-time monitoring platform, i.e. cold chain logistics positioning, tracking anddistribution system. Through this platform, students can be familiar with and understand the process of Beidou positioning trackingdata collection, the law of data change, the role of data on cold chain logistics management and so on.
