The dual prevention work mechanism has been promoted and implemented in all walks of life, and the informatization system has also landed. However, the establishment of a dual prevention system targeted at college laboratories is not yet perfect. The laboratory is a very high-risk area for the school. Therefore, it is necessary to design a dual prevention information system for the

university laboratory in combination with the characteristics of the laboratory. Based on the construction method of double prevention mechanism, combined with laboratory information management system and laboratory safety management requirements, this article builds a set of double prevention information system suitable for college laboratories.
