This paper mainly researches on the application of Rain Classroom and OJ teaching model in the course of C Language Programming. In the phase of theory teaching, Rain Classroom can be used in all the phases of teaching process, so as to achieve the functions of teaching materials release, interaction between teaching and learning, exercises allocation, etc. In lab courses, the application of OJ system can help to achieve the functions of experiment assigning, experiment assisting and online marking for exercises, etc. The main objectives of this application are to enhance students’autonomous learning ability, to help students set up their programming paradigm and to improve their proficiency of programming
