Focusing on the course of Creativity and Innovation in computer science, this study explores the construction path of teaching-competition integrated courses from the perspective of "holistic ideological and political education". By exploring ideological and political elements in technology fields such as algorithm design and artificial intelligence, we deeply integrate curriculum ideology with innovation and entrepreneurship education. We adopt a teaching model of "collaborative teaching and competition, immersive scenarios" to achieve the organic unity of knowledge imparting and value guidance. Teaching practice has shown that after the curriculum reform, students' skills such as programming innovation and project development have significantly improved, and their ideological and political literacy and comprehensive abilities such as science and technology serving the country and teamwork have been effectively cultivated. This study provides a practical example for cultivating innovative talents with both moral integrity and professional competence in the field of computer science, and has positive significance for promoting the integration of ideological and political construction and teaching-competition in innovation and entrepreneurship courses in universities.
