To address the demand for cultivating engineering talent in application-oriented universities, this study employs resonance circuits as a pedagogical vehicle to construct a three-dimensional integrated blended teaching model encompassing "theory-practice-ideological education". Leveraging the OBE (Outcome-Based Education) concept, we optimize the PBOPPS (Bridge-in, Objective, Pre-assessment, Participatory-learning, Post-assessment, Summary) teaching framework and permeate ideological-political education through the historical case study of the "Red Radio". Engineering practical skills are reinforced via software simulations and tiered experimental design. Teaching practice demonstrates that this model significantly enhances students' knowledge application capabilities, innovative practical skills, and professional competencies, offering a replicable pathway for reforming foundational courses in electronics and information engineering disciplines.
