Under the strategy of rural revitalization, the cultivation of rural digital talents is the central force to realize rural digital transformation. The strategy of rural revitalization and the cultivation of talents with integration of industry and education in higher vocational computer major have an inherent fit under the OBE concept. At present, the training of computer professionals with integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges faces many problems, such as the unbalanced structure of integration of industry and education, the disconnection between supply and demand of professional courses, the lack of experience of teachers in agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and the uneven allocation of digital resources between urban and rural areas. Aiming at these problems, based on the OBE concept, this paper carries out systematic reconstruction from the integration structure of industry and education, curriculum system, double teachers in Three Rural Issues, urban and rural resources, etc., in order to effectively improve the quality of the cultivation of industry and education integration talents in higher vocational computer major and help the digital upgrading of rural economy.
