Abstract Aiming at the inefficiency of the traditional parking fee management method which relies on manual statistical records, a
parking lot management system based on Alibaba Cloud Computing OCR technology is designed. The main functions include li-
cense plate recognition, parking fee management, parking information query and payment information query, etc. This system uses
Shiro security framework to verify the user's identity, uses SSM Web project framework to design, uses Java language to program,
and uses MySQL database to manage the background data.
