Question answering system is made by Web2.0 technology, which pays more attention to user’s "interaction". Users no longer receive information as passively as before, but become communicators who can transmit information to website according to their own needs. In this paper, PHP language is used to realize Zijin question answering system with B/S mode. Users can publish questions, answer questions and retrieve answers according to their own needs.
