Concept of “Internet+Government Service” Platform Innovation and Construction in Heilongjiang

Abstract  “Internet+Government Service” is a complex system project covering business support, basic platform system, key support technology system, evaluation and assessment system. It is the key to the implementation of streamlining administration and delegating powers, power delegation and tightened oversight, optimizing services. The “Internet+Government Service” platform is designed, constructed and operated innovatively through scientific top-level design and integrating the practical achievements of “Internet+” within the framework of national standards, making the platform not only have the system and mechanism innovation between horizontal departments and vertical levels, but also have the application innovation from the administrative examination and approval services to the public convenience services.
