Abstract In view of the large number of scientific research subjects and the increasing number of research achievements, the traditional manual management mode is inefficient and difficult to achieve dynamic management of scientific research results.Based on the full investigation and analysis of the actual needs, with the Java EE technology architecture, this paper develops a scientific research achievement management system in accordance with the school’s characteristics, realizing the on-line management of dynamic information, such as teachers' achievements declaration, inquiry, audit, storage, report generation and so on.
