As the efficiency of traditional manual financial management for small businesses, families and individuals is low and the account expenses is not clear, this paper proposes the small financial management system, which greatly improves the efficiency of financial management and makes account more clear. The system adopts VS 2010 to build and uses SQL SERVER 2008 as the database server. It can meet the financial needs of users, and greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial accounts, making financial management easier and faster.
