Mobile learning is a way to support students at any time and place, relying on wireless networks and intelligent terminal devices. The cultivation of peasant students is an important part of the "one village, one college students" program promoted by the ministry of education, and also an important link in the construction of a new socialist countryside. Therefore, it is of great significance to promote the mobile learning of peasant students in the current internet environment. This paper describes the characteristics of mobile learning and cultivation of peasant college students, and then analyzes the advantage of mobile learning in the peasant students cultivation, finally the implementation of mobile learning is discussed.
