The implementation of internet convergence communication strategy needs a large number of skilled talents for mobile communication in urgent. It is imperative to explore and reform the curriculum system and personnel training model. This paper analyzes on the related results of the current mobile communication technology specialty training in higher vocational. Combining with the education concept of result orientation & action learning, and aiming at the shortage of ability training in the existing talents training system for mobile communication, the training target of mobile communication technology specialty is located accurately, and the teaching reform is carried out from the talent cultivating system, curriculum structure, teaching practice, action learning and other aspects, to improve the quality of personnel training.
