Cost measurement of the e-government software is very important. This paper describes the principle, present situation, evaluation steps and overall adjustment of the cost measurement of E-government software in detail. It puts forward that we should evaluate the cost scientifically, so that the evaluation can be more quantitative, scientific and standardized.
