Research on Strategy and Evaluation Model of Scale Deployment Phase of Cloud Computing

Abstract  This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of cloud computing related products procurement, proposes cloud computing project common extraction method, and incorporates the procurement of cloud related products into the procurement management system. By in-depth understanding of the procurement mode of the engineering design, construction, maintenance and other links, combined with the cloud computing of an operator, this paper analyzes the changes to the original procurement mode in cloud computing deployment, puts forward relevant suggestions; then investigates and analyzes on the changes of total cost before and after the introduction of cloud computing, and establishes the evaluation model of cloud computing.
