Abstract

In order to realize accurate step-counting in wearable equipment, an electronic pedometer system is designed, which is mainly composed of a Bluetooth chip CC2541 and six-axis sensor MPU6050. A simply electronic pedometer system development kit is designed, which has the functions of motion detection, acceleration data processing and Bluetooth device terminal displaying. Experimental results indicate that the system is stability and accuracy when people take 100 steps. This system can be designed as 15mm×15mm, which is small in size, simple in structure and consumes little power. It can satisfy the system requirements of stepcounting in precision.
