Vehicle speeding always leads to traffic accidents. According to the speed of the vehicle in accidents，polices can determine the nature of the traffic accident，analyzes the reason，and identifies the accident liability. This article measures the vehicle velocity by analyzing the continuous sequences of images in the video，which has good precision with the measurement error in a smaller scale.
