Abstract The paper analyzes the necessity of knowledge management applied in education; points out the main problems in the present education information resources construction; discusses on the solutions for the problems from the viewpoint of the knowledge managemen; and finally puts foreword some basic principles and methods of constructing knowledge managemen platform.
