Abstract In the environment of information society, with more and more application of cloud computing and mobile network, mobile learning (M-Learning) has emerged as a new way of learning. This paper develops an online education system based on mobile network and cloud computing technology. By the analysis of the current smart campus construction and mobile learning, this system is developed by Java EE technology and Tencent cloud technology. It uses MySQL database and MVC development mode, achieving the functions curriculum resources publishing and online learning.
