This paper combines with the author's practical experience, focusing on the overall management of large projects, firstly discusses the big project characteristics, planning process, implementation and control. And then it introduces how to resolve the problems encountered in the project, such as the high complexity of the project, inconsistency of overall coordination, low performance of teamwork, ensuring the project acceptance and release online on schedule, and achieving good social benefits and economic benefits. Finally, some deficiencies in the overall management of the project are summarized.
