With the rapid development of Internet information technology, university education information has gradually received strong attention from the society. There are a large number of teaching resources in higher education, and proper management and development of these teaching resources have become the major problems faced by the education sector. In this paper, the design and development of teaching resources database are mainly studied. By analyzing the key technologies of the construction of teaching resource database platform, the feasibility plan for the design and development of the database is proposed.
